What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Services Assistant position at FULTON GARDENS POST ACUTE?
Fulton Gardens Post Acute is a 116 bed skilled nursing facility with a part time social service assistant position available. Preferred candidate will have experience in skilled nursing facility in the social service department however training can be provided if necessary for the right candidate. Fulton Gardens strives to provide quality care, an integral part of that care is the psychosocial and case management of our residents provided by social services. We are looking for a positive person to join our team and continue our commitment to the best care!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
