Job Title: Insurance Sales Producer
Reporting to: President & Founder of West Grace Insurance
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join the Fulton Grace family of companies! Fulton Grace Realty is launching a new independent insurance agency - West Grace Insurance. This new venture carries unparalleled lead generation opportunities for an ambitious insurance producer looking to rapidly grow their book of business. Fulton Grace Realty currently employs 450 real estate professionals, manages over 2,500 residential apartments and rents and sells thousands of properties each year. The firm has been recognized on the Inc. 5,000 list as one of America’s fastest growing companies for the past TEN consecutive years and is consistently recognized as one of Chicagoland’s top places to work. West Grace Insurance intends to piggyback off Fulton Grace Realty’s success and establish itself as a powerhouse in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the P&C category of the insurance industry, have a desire to help the agency hit growth goals, and provide exceptional customer service. This position will provide swift advancement if desired, including the opportunity to manage the agency, assist with future recruitment and training efforts, and provide input on business operations. This role is focused on P&C insurance opportunities, and having specific experience and contacts in this specialty is preferred. Job Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Proactively call prospective client leads generated from networking, marketing, cold calls, and referrals
- Develop lasting rapport with prospective clients and remain in contact offering ongoing support and assistance
- Adhere to KPIs and goals set for the role and agency
- Make outbound cold calls to expand an already thriving book of business
- Quickly answering all incoming calls with a positive tone
Opportunity for warm leads
- Market to database of in-house leads that includes
- Landlords / property owners that use Fulton Grace Realty to manage their properties
- Real estate brokers and their buyer clients
- Condominium associations
- Thousands of renters
Client Relations Management
- Maintain a relationship with clients; offer guidance, assess their needs, and stay in close touch with them
- Act as the face of the business by attending networking and community events
- Work with existing customers to develop referrals
- Develop insurance quotes
- Clearly present policy options based on the client needs and goals
Strategic Approach to Growth
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop materials that align with the company's overall business goals, recruitment initiatives, strategy, objectives, and messaging.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in the industry, as well as the latest products, to provide top value to clients
- Assist with the hiring, training and development of new team members
- Support and use all software and technology provided by the agency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a P&C Insurance Sales Producer role necessary, management experience preferred
- Management of a branch is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
- Successful track record in achieving sales goals and lead generation
- In-Depth knowledge of independent agencies and the insurance industry
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Exceptional verbal written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Motivated, urgent, and interested in personal growth
- Active P&C Producer License Required

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 (Base Commission)
