Position Details

Position : Half-Time Elementary Special Education Teacher

Paid according to FEA Master Agreement Scale
Medical and Personal Time
2024-2025 Scheduled Last Day of School : May 23, 2025
Other Schedule B coaching or Extracurricular positions are available for additional compensation
Working in a classroom with another special education teacher
7 : 45 am -12 pm Schedule

Position Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.

Applicants must possess a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate or be able to obtain certification Special Education (SA, SC, SE, SM, SV, or equivalent)

Familiarity with Content Standards and EdPlan

Demonstrated success with classroom management
