We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development / Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for a rapidly growing assembly automation company specializing in rotary dial assembly systems and modular assembly systems. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong technical background in custom automation and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Lead and grow a team of sales professionals, fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in key industries such as automotive, medical devices, and consumer goods.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in sales leadership within automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
  • Deep understanding of custom automation systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
