Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma and have at least 1 year experience working with children aged infants to preschool in a licensed childcare setting. Babysitting and nannying will not be counted toward years of experience.

Gertrude Remmel Child Development Center in Little Rock is looking for dedicated early childhood education teachers to float in our, infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. We hold all teachers to the highest standard of quality care. Floaters will maintain classroom procedures and follow all state childcare licensing minimum requirements. Providing a safe and a nurturing environment are the top priority at the CDC. Floaters will ensure the classroom is clean, organized, welcoming, and safe for children. Floaters will follow guidance from the lead teacher in the classroom to keep classrooms properly managed.
