Base pay range

25.00 / hr - $50.00 / hr

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fragrance Packaging Designer to bring sophisticated, high-end packaging concepts to life. As a key creative partner, you will collaborate with our perfumers and clients to develop packaging that embodies elegance, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities :

Design innovative and luxurious packaging for client fragrance collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market positioning.
Develop and refine concepts from ideation to final production, including sketches, mock-ups, and 3D renderings.
Select and recommend premium materials, finishes, and embellishments to enhance the sensory experience of our products.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality execution of designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices in luxury packaging.

Requirements :

Proven experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or high-end product packaging design (portfolio required).

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering software.

A keen eye for typography, color, material selection, and structural design to create packaging that exudes sophistication.

Knowledge of production processes, print techniques, and sustainability trends in packaging.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to brand-specific design needs.

Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Experience working with overseas packaging producers (strong preference for candidates with experience working with Chinese packaging suppliers).

Nice to Have :

Experience working with luxury brands or niche fragrance houses .

Familiarity with sustainable and eco-conscious packaging solutions .

Background in industrial or product design is a plus.
