Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Head Start Infant / Toddler Teacher for our childcare center in Arnold, MO. The ideal candidate will play a role in shaping the educational experience for our children, ensuring a safe and enriching environment that promotes learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center classroom, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children.
- Manage classroom environments to foster positive learning experiences.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, promoting professional development.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and support student success.
- Monitor student progress and implement early intervention strategies as needed.
Requirements
- CDA or Associates degree required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
