What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Fun On The Run Paintball Park?
Duties:
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the grounds
- Perform regular lawn care and gardening tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to outdoor props
- Handle basic construction framing tasks
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from the grounds
- Repair or replace broken props
Requirements:
- experience as a maintenance person or similar role
- Knowledge of basic light framing
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in outdoor spaces
