Hot Tub Service Technician

As a Hot Tub Service Technician or Valet your duties include cleaning and vacuuming pools, checking and balancing chemicals, and conducting inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions. Troubleshooting issues which may involve electrical motors, heaters, display malfunctions, or water care issues, etc.

Service Technician :

• Conduct timely, effective repairs as trained and following manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Utilize good judgment in satisfying customer service requests.
• Maintain neat and organized work areas at the customer’s home at all times.
• Maintain service work orders in a professional way to protect the invested time and materials.
• Enter complete technician notes, parts, and labor used into the computer system once work is completed, adding parts that need to be ordered when required.
• Insure parts inventory accuracy with regular vehicle inventory counts.
• Ensure proper tools and materials (trucks, pumps, vacs, hand tools, etc.) are clean and in good working order.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skills and ability: To troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of hot tubs, including pumps, heaters, filters, and jets, to address any issues promptly and effectively.
• Water Chemistry Knowledge: Understanding of water chemistry principles and experience with water testing and treatment methods relevant to hot tubs or pools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions independently or collaboratively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and management.
• Physical Ability: Often required to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment, bending, standing or crouching for extended periods.
• Experience: Previous experience in hot tub maintenance, spa maintenance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Must be mechanically inclined and experienced with tools.
• License & Background: You must be 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License for over 3 years and a clean driving record.

Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
