What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Fun Run?
Fun Run is in need of outgoing and hardworking individuals. Our store manager position will include the following schedule averaging 35-40 hours/week.
Monday: 8-3:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:30-3:30 pm
Weds: 8-3:30 pm
Thursday: 8-3:30 pm
Friday: 8-3:30 pm
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
-Customer service (providing a welcoming and fun experience for all patrons. This also includes checking in customers in the computer system/waiver forms, monitoring the floor, taking payment)
-Food handling (preparing food for patrons and serving). This does require the food handlers' certification (online course).
-Cleaning (performing cleaning duties throughout the shift and deep cleaning duties in the mornings before opening which includes climbing through inflatables and other equipment to deep clean and sanitize. You MUST be physically able to stand, crawl through/up inflatables and other equipment. Does require handling a vacuum throughout the equipment. We deep clean and sanitize all equipment in the morning before we open. It is physically challenging.
-Organize parties for over the weekends to ensure operations run smoothly. Must be able to handle conflict and be able to quickly and efficiently make decisions. Must be organized and detail oriented.
-Floor monitors (ensuring all guests are following rules & wearing socks to ensure safety throughout the facility)
- MUST BE OUTGOING, HARDWORKING, GREAT ATTITUDE, RELIABLE, AND FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.
-Must have the ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to climb throughout inflatables and other equipment to clean and sanitize.
-Manage daily activities including scheduling, supply/inventory tracking, purchase supplies from vendors/food suppliers, basic facility maintenance, phone calls, event coordinating/preparation, and party organization.
-Must be able to work in a team setting, as well as, independently.
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Deep clean equipment and inflatables following the checklists
- Monitor and track stock levels and inventory
- Assist with time management, payroll, and scheduling for the team
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
-Answer questions/solve problems on weekends via phone from the weekend management staff and other staff. Must have flexibility to step in on weekends if absolutely needed. Most weekend help will be having the availability to answer phone calls or schedule changes via your phone/computer.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-21.00 per hour. Pay is dependent upon experience and duties.
