Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process inbound and transferring inventory and orders for multiple locations
- Ensure accuracy of inventory for multiple locations
- Assist with regular inventory and floor plan audits
- Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Run weekly or monthly reports as needed.
- Reconciles schedules
- Adhere to monthly closing deadlines as designated
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills - Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar Internet software and Sys2K (Dealer Management Software) Contact Management systems
- The employee is frequently required to stand, stoop, climb steps and walk
- Must be able to work in un-climate controlled environments, on occasion
- The employee is frequently required to walk; sit and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet
