Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Implement and promote our structured sales process
- Motivate and coach sales professionals to enhance performance
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain a hands-on approach, engaging directly with customers and closing deals
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline the sales process
- Prior management experience in an RV or automotive dealership is required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the RV or automotive industry
- Proven track record of managing high-volume sales and achieving performance targets
- Experience in finance and F&I processes is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset
