Overview
FUNBOX, the leader in inflatable bounce park experiences, is seeking a Setup Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for the full setup and breakdown of our inflatable bounce parks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, technical skills, and the ability to manage a team to ensure efficient and safe park installations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and breakdown of large inflatable bounce parks.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage and direct a crew of setup team members to ensure timely and proper assembly.
- Ensure all components are securely installed and meet safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during setup or breakdown.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
- Work closely with Senior Manager and Ownership to coordinate logistics.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, event setup, or a related field.
- Experience operating a forklift, forklift certification a plus
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed.

- 10 hour shift
