FUNBOX is an outdoor bounce park franchise with the world’s largest bounce park that is open for a limited time. The FunBox bounce park will provide a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment for parents and children, catering to families looking for weekend activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate a POS system to process customer transactions
- Prepare snow cones according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, seating area, inside the bounce house, and in the restrooms
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Good attitudes and a people skills are always appreciated
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
*Please note that this position may require standing/bouncing inside the bounce house for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 27 per week
