Role Overview :

The Growth Manager will own partnership-driven acquisition and select paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition. This role requires a blend of media buying execution, PPC / search experience, and partnership management, ensuring that Function Health leverages both performance marketing and strategic partnerships to scale efficiently. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and skilled at optimizing both media and partnerships for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and optimize partnership programs and influencer partnerships to drive high-quality customer acquisition.
  • Manage select PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns to support partner-driven and direct-response growth initiatives.
  • Develop & Negotiate Strategic partnerships to work with media partnerships (content sites, newsletters, ad networks,x etc.) and support media execution of creator and brand partnerships.
  • Provide regular performance updates to ensure that all paid media investments and partnerships deliver a strong return at an efficient CPA.
  • Work with the Lead Media Buyer and Growth Strategist to ensure partnerships inform paid media targeting and vice versa.
  • Explore emerging acquisition strategies beyond traditional paid media (e.g., New Search / Intent driven platforms, sponsorships, influencer / partner collaborations).

Qualifications :

  • 4 years in growth marketing, partnerships, partnership marketing, or paid media with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, or influencer-driven performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership management and deal structuring, including CPA, rev-share, and hybrid models.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize acquisition performance.
  • Experience working with attribution tracking tools and integrations for partnership reporting.
