Role Overview : The Lead Media Buyer is responsible for executing and scaling performance-driven paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will play a critical role in daily campaign management, bid strategy optimization, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and scale user growth. This role requires deep expertise in platform mechanics, hands-on campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, launch, and manage high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Implement bidding strategies, audience refinements, and funnel optimizations to maximize acquisition and minimize CPA.
- Integrate and activate innovative data strategies to enhance retargeting, lookalike modeling, and conversion tracking.
- Implement automation tools, scripts, and AI-driven optimizations to improve ad delivery and budget management.
- Ensure creative testing insights and partnerships are integrated into paid campaigns.
- Regularly analyze media performance, adjust strategies, and present findings to stakeholders across the company.
- Stay ahead of ad platform algorithm updates, policy changes, and new media buying opportunities.
