Role:Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our technological framework. This position allows you to design and automate critical IT workflows, manage advanced SaaS platforms, and provide hands-on support, enhancing both productivity and security across the company. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct hands-on support for employee IT issues, including laptops, account access, collaboration tools, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Own IT onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring timely and secure provisioning across all systems.
- Design and automate internal IT workflows (e.g. identity management, asset tracking, access provisioning).
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex support issues and infrastructure challenges.
- Manage SaaS platforms and productivity tools including MDM, SSO, Slack, Notion, and others.
- Partner with Security to implement access controls, endpoint telemetry, and data protection policies.
- Maintain integrations between HRIS, MDM, and identity systems to reduce manual overhead.
- Track IT assets and manage inventory across the organization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, and user-facing guides.
- Expertise: 5 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or helpdesk roles in fast-paced environments.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, SaaS tools, and cloud-based IT stacks.
- System Administration Proficiency: Experience with MDM, identity systems, and SaaS administration.
- Support: Comfort supporting employees directly and handling support queues with empathy and urgency.
- Security and Compliance Acumen: Understanding of security principles and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and documentation skills.
