GENERAL SUMMARY
The Salesforce Administrator will be critical in managing and optimizing a Salesforce environment, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure our Salesforce instance aligns with our business goals, driving productivity and enhancing customer experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
- Administer and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, preferably Heroku, and related apps.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce to meet the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage data integrity, deduplication, and cleansing processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption of Salesforce best practices.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to optimize our platform.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the above essential functions satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability, physical and environment conditions required of the employee on the job.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Data Cloud Consultant, etc.) are a plus but not required
- Minimum 2-4 years of work-related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, including user management, profiles, permissions sets, flows, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce report types, reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred, Not Required: Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
