Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee the Eastern region in the hemp beverage industry. This role focuses on territory revenue management, team leadership, and key account development. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales leadership in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) space, with a preference for beverage alcohol (Bev-Alc) experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Revenue Management (40%)
- Achieve monthly revenue budget targets for each market within the assigned territory.
- Identify account gaps, uncover opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to address in-market challenges proactively.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline comprising leads and revenue opportunities.
- Effectively communicate sales pipeline updates to the Sales team and actively pursue growth initiatives.
