Packaging & Assembly Associate

Pay : $17.00 / hr

Functional Industries is seeking a dedicated Packaging & Assembly Associate to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you won’t just assemble and package products—you’ll help us deliver excellence to our clients while supporting a nonprofit that makes a real difference.

Your Role :

Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.
Conduct quality control with an unwavering focus on accuracy.
Stay on schedule and meet production deadlines with a proactive, organized approach.
Maintain focus and efficiency in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table :

Attention to detail that ensures every product meets the highest standards of excellence.

The ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.

A strong sense of responsibilit y and reliability, backed by a clear background check and OIG clearance, and a commitment to working alongside adults with disabilities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

High School Diploma (preferred but not required).

One year of experience in assembly or packaging (preferred but we’re happy to train someone eager to learn).
