Empower Individuals with Disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Skills Instructor

As a DSP - Skills Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities by teaching them essential life skills, developing their self-help abilities, vocational skills, and social connections.
Job Requirements:
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED
• Background, OIG, and MVR Clearance required
• No prior experience necessary; all training provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Possession of a current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean driving record (Preferred)
• CPR/First Aid Certificate (Preferred) will train
Compensation:
• $17 per hour
• Generous PTO
• Daytime hours with no weekends
