The Role

Client Engagement Specialist, you are the face and voice of Functional Nutrition Resources. You will engage new potential clients, nurture relationships with current practice members, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. Working primarily by phone (with supportive use of text and social messaging), you ensure that every client receives personalized care. Your role is pivotal in creating seamless communication and operational excellence—connecting with key contacts, managing tasks efficiently, and ultimately changing lives.

Qualifications

• A passion for direct communication and exceptional client service
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
• A proactive, energetic approach to engaging new potential clients and supporting practice members
• 5 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role, with a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a personal, compassionate touch
