Functional Pathways, a national provider of rehabilitation services, is hiring a Georgia-licensed CNA for a Part-time Restorative Nursing Assistant position at Azalealand Nursing Home in Savannah, GA.
Weekly Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
This position will provide resident-centered care utilizing the Therapy or Nursing Plan of Care and will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation, under the supervision of a facility Registered Nurse. When you join our dynamic therapy team that providing skilled and restorative care you will NOT be pulled to the floor! This role is dedicated to restorative and will assist in the capacity of rehabilitation tech if needed. Restorative experience preferred but not required.
