Role Description
SIGN-ON BONUS 10k. This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Tulsa, OK. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs for patients. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and documenting progress. The therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and participate in patient and family education. Qualifications
- Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
- Patient Care and Home Care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a skilled nursing or senior living setting is a plus
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
