Sourcing Specialist (Remote Optional - Full-Time)
Join Our Team as a Sourcing Specialist!
Are you a proactive talent hunter with a knack for finding top therapy professionals? Functional Pathways is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and corporate-level talent to support our hiring needs. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely.
What You’ll Do:
🔎 Source & Engage Top Talent
- Proactively identify and reach out to passive candidates via resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest in Functional Pathways’ career opportunities.
- Screen candidates for initial qualifications and pass strong leads to the recruiting team.
📈 Build & Maintain a Talent Pipeline
- Develop pipelines for high-demand therapy and corporate roles.
- Track and organize candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay connected with potential hires for future opportunities.
🤝 Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and market challenges.
- Assist with university and student engagement efforts to strengthen our new graduate pipeline.
🌟 Boost Employer Branding & Networking
- Represent Functional Pathways in online communities and industry events.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts to position us as an Employer of Choice.
- Leverage social media to increase brand awareness among therapy professionals.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field (healthcare or therapy recruiting preferred).
✔️ Strong research and analytical skills to assess market trends and talent availability.
✔️ Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and ATS platforms.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage passive candidates.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
