With flagship products like Black Card and the Alt St, we’ve helped hundreds to thousands of individuals launch funds, scale businesses, and access opportunities previously reserved for the elite.
Now, we’re scaling from $12M/yr to $50M in revenue and need an exceptional Director of Operations to help us get there.
About the Role:
As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the engine driving our growth and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for building scalable systems, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and leveraging data to optimize performance. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential—an opportunity to help scale our business while growing into a future COO position.
What You’ll Do:
Streamline Operations:
- Develop and optimize processes to ensure efficiency across all departments (sales, marketing, product, and finance).
- Oversee the implementation of systems and tools for scaling (e.g., SOPs, automation platforms).
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the operational glue between departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Manage high-priority projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Enhance Customer Retention:
- Work closely with the customer success team to improve client experience and renewal rates, particularly for our flagship Black Card Program.
Execute Strategic Initiatives:
- Translate big-picture goals into actionable plans, driving them from start to finish.
- Lead efforts to improve operational scalability and team productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 5 years in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Experience scaling businesses from $10M to $50M is a big plus.
Skills:
- Proven track record of building and optimizing processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
