About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of direct response marketing, advertising psychology, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate has successfully managed six- and seven-figure advertising budgets and is proficient in developing, executing, and refining paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Implement and refine funnel strategies that drive conversions and long-term customer value.
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize advanced tracking and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media buying with a strong track record of scaling profitable ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Expertise in direct response marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and key metrics to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, retargeting, and multi-touch attribution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, and sales teams to align messaging and objectives.
- Experience in high-ticket funnels, financial services, or education markets is a plus.
