What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIM Analyst - UKG position at Fundamental Administrative Services, LLC?
Position Summary
This position will be the key production Analyst for implementing and supporting WFM Application Setup tables and maintaining CRT’s of UKG Dimension product for Fundamental Administrative Services and all Client Facilities. This position will be the key resource for all new payrules and updating current rules mandated by HR. This position will also support and be a liaison between payroll and facilities; finalizing payroll and running interfaces related to payroll close. Customer Service will be at the highest level.

- Support Sparks Staff and Field staff related to Time and Attendance.
- Support Facilities with all issues related to UKG Dimensions Setup
- Go Live support for beta sites and rollout of all facilities
- Mapping, auditing and reviewing data for/from conversions
- Building/maintaining setup tables and mapping existing data to new/enhanced formats
- Reviewing current processes and identifying changes needed in the new system
- Electronic transmission through EDI for ACH and Positive Pay
- Process Interfaces for General Ledger, Taxes, Labor, Check Printing, AP Garnishment and ADP
- Update spreadsheet for accurate funding totals for EDI transmission and payroll taxes to Treasury Department
- Run standard queries and audits related to payroll close
- Building and monitoring scripts and issues lists related to testing
- Assist with system testing.
- Working with Help Desk to resolve equipment issues, security changes, system related issues
- All other duties related to Payroll Operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Knowledge of UKG/WFM application setup, preferably in Healthcare.
PeopleSoft and UKG/Kronos experience helpful.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years plus experience.
