Weekend RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor collaborates with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care, working under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shifts while delivering nursing care to patients requiring attention, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to enhance patient care.
- React appropriately to emergency situations as required.
Requirements:
- 1 years of supervisory experience in nursing.
