Fundamental Media is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Boston office. This role is part of our Search Engine Marketing team, which delivers exceptional performance, data-driven insights, and in-depth analytics to clients in the Finance, Higher and Business Education sectors.

The Role
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for executing high-level campaign strategies and translating them into impactful optimizations. You will analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate closely with both clients and the SEM team to refine and enhance campaign performance.
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Paid Search Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEM, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset to drive campaign success. You will play a critical role in optimizing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights, and supporting both team and client success.
Responsibilities will include :
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Assist the paid search team in translating high-level campaign strategies into actionable optimizations.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to inform decision-making.
- Act as a key contributor to the management team, providing insights that shape strategy, reporting, and forecasting.
