Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the ITHRA Communication & Partnerships Division of King Abdulaziz Center of World Culture (Ithra). Ithra is an all-purpose cultural destination, an environment for transformative experiences to unlock the power of potential through mastery in arts, science, literature, and innovation. The Marketing Specialist is a strategic role, and you will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. The candidate should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
Responsibilities :
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies.
- Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies.
- Oversee the work of external consultants, including web developers, videographers, and online platform vendors.
- Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery.
- Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop content marketing and demand generation strategies.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic and external events calendar.
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator to develop a centralized marketing calendar to include spotlight articles, social media, and email campaigns.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with external agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
