  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and Rehab Aides in direct patient care and related activities, adhering to state practice acts.
  • Participate in Facility Performance Improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, attending physicians, committee members, and rehab staff within the department.
  • Coordinate rehab staffing levels through daily assignments of rehab staff.

About You

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • A valid license to practice the profession in the state is mandatory.
  • 2 years of experience as a Therapist are preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
