Our services span paid media, SEO, content creation, social media, PR, email marketing, video production, cold email lead generation, and direct mail campaigns.
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business deals for the company. If you have a strong background in marketing, sales, and building consultative relationships, this could be your perfect role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales & Relationship Building : Prospect and identify potential clients across a variety of industries, targeting companies seeking monthly retainer-based digital marketing partnerships. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as CEOs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing.
- Consultative Selling : Present Axle Eight's suite of services and provide tailored digital marketing solutions based on each client's unique business goals. Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise across marketing channels like paid media, SEO, content, social media, PR, and more.
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Develop and execute strategies to engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and other creative channels. Leverage existing relationships and marketing expertise to identify opportunities that align with our offerings.
- Closing Deals : Build and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration & Strategy : Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and onboarding of new clients. Contribute to refining the sales process and marketing materials to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
