About The Role
As the Leasing and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role within our Resident Operations division. You'll serve as the face of KEO to prospective tenants and the voice of our brand in the community. You’ll drive leasing efforts, manage listings, and lead local marketing efforts to help ensure our properties stay occupied and visible.
What You'll Do
- Market our available units by managing ILS listings, posting across social media platforms, and building local visibility in creative ways.
- Develop and maintain community relationships that drive awareness and attract prospective tenants.
- Host tours and show available units to potential residents, creating a warm and welcoming leasing experience.
- Manage lease renewals, respond to leasing inquiries, and help ensure high occupancy rates across our portfolio.
- Track marketing performance and stay proactive about improving visibility and conversion rates.
- Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and growth-focused startup culture.
- Attend morning huddles with team at 8:30 AM

- 3 years of experience with ILS, leasing, and residential property marketing.
- Comfortable managing property listings and conducting property showings.
- Skilled in social media content creation and posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer service skills—you’re friendly, approachable, and organized.
- Experience managing lease renewals and basic leasing operations.

- 3 years of experience in leasing and marketing within residential real estate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong understanding of ILS and property listing platforms, photos, and descriptions
- Experience with Property management software such as Appfolio
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing tools
- Based in or near Dayton, OH, and available to work in person
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a people-first mindset
