Fundraising Coach – Outbound Sales | New York State Hudson Valley & Catskill Regions
Are you driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about sports? Fundraising University is seeking a Fundraising Coach to join our highly competitive team in the Hudson Valley and Catskill regions!This is a direct outbound sales role—to be successful you must be comfortable prospecting, generating typically cold leads, and meeting face-to-face with coaches, athletes, and school teams. In addition to prospecting, you will execute fundraisers and maintain relationships with coaches & activities groups.
Key Details: 100% outbound sales – requires confidence in cold outreach and in-person meetings Work school hours, Monday–Thursday and occasional evenings w/ Friday as home office day Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling locally within your territory Receive world-class training and continuous support.
What You’ll Do: Sell our proven fundraising services to athletic & activities groups Build relationships and manage a pipeline in our CRM Execute and oversee fundraisers utilizing a specific system of dynamics Maintain long-term relationships with coaches and groups to support our 92% resign rate Represent Fundraising University’s mission: Think Big. Raise More.
What You’ll Bring: Proven sales experience, especially in outbound or field sales Passion for sports and extracurriculars – former athletes or coaches strongly encouraged Organized, goal-driven, competitive, and coachable
