We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and relationship-driven Area Representative to grow the Fundraising University brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting student-athletes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building and maintaining meaningful relationships with coaches, school administrators, and local businesses. Sales experience in sports or education is preferred, but a hunger to learn and grow is essential.
We're looking for someone willing to bet on themselves and their performance as this is a 100% commission-based role.
Job Duties:
- Relationship Development - build repeat business through a proven, relationship-focused sales process
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with coaches, instructors, and school administration to plan and execute successful fundraisers.
- Sales Outreach - Use strategic outreach methods, including cold calls, to establish new client relationships.
- Service-Oriented Process Execution - Lead clients through our proven Fundraising University Blitz System
- Maintain strong relations with local businesses that contribute to fundraising efforts
- Manage a designated sales territory with agreed upon sales goals and expectations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Integrity-Driven Leadership - Demonstrates strong ethics and accountability in all interactions
- Proven sales skillset and a drive to continuously improve
- Coaching Experience - leading and motivating teams to achieve results
- Strong organization skills, able to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate and engage large groups of athletes, coaches, or other stakeholders
Compensation:
- Significant earning potential tied to performance - Commission-based structure determined by the Franchise Owner
