Our mission is to provide high-quality consulting and support services for the needs of E-rate program participants, including preparing and submitting paperwork, and helping our clients to understand and maintain compliance with E-rate rules and regulations. Position Overview
We are seeking a Regulatory Associate to support our compliance, policy, and advocacy efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in law, public administration, or related fields who have a strong ability to research, analyze, and communicate regulatory and policy matters. Prior industry experience is not required, but familiarity with legal and policy research, compliance, or government funding programs is beneficial.
This position will be based in our Edmond, Oklahoma office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory and policy research, summarize key developments, and provide insights to internal teams.
- Draft FCC filings, comments, and program responses to advocate for clients and ensure compliance.
- Support E-rate program compliance, appeals, and funding-related communications.
- Interpret in-house program data and translate insights into meaningful reports and external communications.
- Monitor and track federal and state policy changes that impact broadband funding.
- Assist with regulatory and policy-related client inquiries.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on advocacy efforts and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience drafting reports, summaries, or legal/regulatory documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information to non-expert audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in broadband policy, digital equity, and government funding programs is a plus.
