Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of office staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain and update calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for office staff
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee medical office management tasks, such as patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Familiarity with various phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. We also provide on the job training and opportunities for professional development. There will be a 90-day trial period upon employment and after the 90-days there will be a determination of permanent hire.
