What are the responsibilities and job description for the FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE position at FunFlatables?
Respibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting and checking-in customers.
• Managing and serving concession.
• Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• Completing shift and bank deposits.
• Booking and managing birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers and misc. events.
• Monitoring party hosts and play monitors.
• Extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide customers with a fun and friendly experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to have complete knowledge of our products and services.
• Enforce policies and safety rules professionally and respectfully.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize.
• Obtained or currently pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Have reliable transportation.
