In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and enhance the live operations, making sure our players enjoy a seamless and engaging experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team to plan, carry out, and assess live events, updates, and in-game promotions that not only boost player engagement but also help drive revenue.If you have a passion for Drag and shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race, that’s definitely a big plus!Responsibilities Oversee live operations for our fashion mobile game, including planning and executing exciting in-game events and promotions.Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure live updates and content releases go off without a hitch.Evaluate player data and feedback to fine-tune events, features, and monetization strategies.Keep an updated calendar of live events and in-game promotions, ensuring timely communication with the team.Share insights and recommendations based on analytics to enhance player retention and engagement.Team up with marketing and community teams to effectively promote live events.Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Live Ops Producer or similar role in mobile game development.Experience with casual and fashion-themed games is a huge plus.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Knowledge of game analytics tools and methods.Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behavior.Why Join Funkitron?
