Full-Time Taproom Server
Jessup Farm Barrel House is an award-winning craft brewery located in Fort Collins. We’re looking for a new team member to join our team in creating a warm and inviting environment in which new and returning guests can enjoy our cleverly crafted beers.
The most important aspect of being a taproom server is connecting with visitors in a positive and authentic way that will elevate their experience and bring them back to see us again and again.
Our ideal candidate will be over the age of 21 and possess the following qualities:
· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Clear and engaging communication skills
· Experience serving draft beer or working as a server in another capacity
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain poise in high volume situations
· A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our process and products in order to best represent our brand to customers
· An open schedule

This is a full-time position for around 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours. The salary range is $22 to $38 an hour including tips.
