Job Summary :
We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Girls Pre-Team Coach / Team Coach to join our team. The role involves leading age-appropriate gymnastics practices, providing mentorship, and contributing to the development of young athletes. Candidates with a strong background in gymnastics fundamentals and progressions are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
Conduct age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
Manage structured practices.
Offer constructive feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
Tailor practices to each child's unique abilities.
Engage with parents / guardians effectively.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Prior experience coaching
Ability to communicate with and educate parents.
Understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is beneficial.
Strong motivational and interpersonal communication skills.
