Food Truck Office Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Truck Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food truck. This role is essential in ensuring that our food truck runs smoothly, providing excellent service to our customers while managing staff and inventory effectively. The ideal candidate is sales & goal oriented, will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of the food truck, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Handle vendor management, including sourcing ingredients and supplies while maintaining positive relationships.
• Implement effective office management practices to streamline operations, including maintaining inventory records and scheduling shifts.
• Utilize dedicated software for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
• Maintain phone systems for effective communication within the team and with customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or a related field.
• Strong Sales & Marketing skills with the ability to navigate social media outlets to reach a broad horizon of individuals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management is preferred.
• Familiarity with office management practices and training development techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work the fixed schedule of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
