What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative position at FurEver Friends Family Hudson Valley?
Greeting customers with a smile, and booking appointments for grooming/pet sitting/ doggy daycare. Answer customers questions and concerns efficiently. Assist customers with the adoption process while assisting with all necessities for their fur baby. Maintaining the cleanliness of the whole facility, whether it be in the reception area or the rooms in the back. Clean up behind the dogs/puppies that are in our care. Re stock supplies as well as face items. Must be able to multi task and be efficient.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $22.19 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shift
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
