Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the work process in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
- Perform daily inspections of all material handling equipment & notify Supervisor of needed repairs.
- Monitor and manage bin inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Notify Supervisor of any damaged product findings.
- Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse in a clean & sanitary manner.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong mathematic & computer skills.
- Work independently & safely.
- Excellent attendance with a positive attitude.
- Great problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
