Inventory Control

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the work process in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
• Perform daily inspections of all material handling equipment & notify Supervisor of needed repairs.
• Monitor and manage bin inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Notify Supervisor of any damaged product findings.
• Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse in a clean & sanitary manner.

• Strong mathematic & computer skills.
• Work independently & safely.
• Excellent attendance with a positive attitude.
• Great problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
