Your Role
As a High-Speed Equipment Specialist, become essential to our operations. Collaborate with the Packaging Lead to ensure machinery functions are optimized, balancing production tasks with essential maintenance. Your goal will be to minimize downtimes and uphold our esteemed safety and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities
- Efficient Operations: Fine-tune and operate machinery to hit production targets and ensure smooth changeovers.
- Problem Solving: Quick fixes for equipment, and when larger issues arise, coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintenance Support: Keep machinery in top condition with routine checks and basic servicing.
- Safety First: Adhere to all relevant compliance standards ensuring workplace safety and reporting any risks.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all production and maintenance activities.
Preferred Skills
- 1-2 years in a manufacturing setting, especially with packaging equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong grasp of English, with mechanical or technical certifications being advantageous.

Shift Availability
- First shift (Mon-Fri): 6am - 3pm
- Second shift (Mon-Fri): 2pm - 11pm
- Third shift (Sun-Thurs): 10pm - 7am, with occasional weekends.
