Your Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll command a team of 11-15 associates. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations and process enhancements, creating a workplace that’s not only high-performing but also safe and inspiring. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experts across various departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehousing, and Maintenance.

What We Seek

• Hands-on leaders with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing context
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing practices
• Mechanically adept to handle equipment issues
• ERP and reporting tool familiarity is advantageous
