Job Summary :
Under the administrative supervision of the Director of the Trone Center for Mental Fitness, the Same Day Mental Health Counselor provides immediate, short-term mental health support to students seeking urgent / same day assistance. This role involves conducting assessments, offering brief interventions, and referring students to ongoing support as needed. The counselor will work collaboratively with other health and wellness campus partners to ensure students receive comprehensive care with an emphasis on quick, effective support and coordination within a campus setting. This is a 9 month position.
