Duties and Responsibilities: Bean Dumper
1. Help to govern the flow of our Dry Beans lines with emphasis on maximizing and increasing the efficiency and safety of all lines while maintaining quality.
2. Must be able to look ahead and prepare for line changes.
3. Follow all GMP’s associated with this position.
4.Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workers.
5.Complete daily documentation accurately.
6.Complete required annual training and testing.
7.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be dependable.
- Should have a mechanical aptitude to spot preventive problems make minor adjustments to machinery to keep things running efficiently.
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be forklift certified.
Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.

Position Requirements: Must have the ability to operate a forklift and pass a company certification test for Forklift Operation.

Salary: up to $18.55 per hour
Earn Bonus Incentives:
Differential for 2nd -$1.00 per hour
Attendance Bonus -$0.25 per hour
Documentation Bonus -$0.25 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
3rd shift :11pm-7am/ Overnight shift/ Overtime
Weekend availability in season with specific mandatory Saturdays depending on the needs of the business.
