Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Primary duties consist of approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales goals. Required skills include the ability to analyze the needs of customers, research the market and related products, and present products or services to customers in a

professional manner.

Our 25 year old company specializes in assisting Health & Human Services organizations that specialize in Behavioral Healthcare, Addiction Recovery, Substance Use Disorders, Alternatives to Homelessness, and similar government and private organizations to obtain compliant furniture in order to run programs that aid individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales profitability targets.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify active and upcoming projects.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Accurately evaluate customer needs and craft project lists achieve winning proposals with a high likelihood of closing.
  • Make timely follow-up calls to prospects and customers to confirm receipt of quotes, messages, or other correspondence.
  • Continuous improvement through feedback, training, and self-education.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally in order to grow business and drive efficiency. Required skills include:

  • Experience with CRM / ERP programs like Business Central, Microsoft 365, Navision, or other similar programs.
  • Maintain a culture that was created so that all employees enjoy coming to work every day.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person, office environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
  • College degree. (preferred)
